At the end of this 21-day period, in the unlikely event that you are not thoroughly satisfied with the way they visually enhance your home, contact your Window Fashions Gallery dealer during the next 21 days. They will replace your window coverings with a Hunter Douglas product of equal or lesser value of your choice. It's that simple!*

• Excludes any custom-made specialty shape products that require a template, such as arches, angle blinds, etc.; and hard-wired motorized installations.

• Excludes improper installation, incorrect measures, mis-measurements, incorrect control side or product stacking, consumer damage and abuse, and it does not include any claim that can be made under the Hunter Douglas Lifetime Limited Warranty program.

• Limit one claim per window per customer order.

• Replacement Product dimensions must be exactly the same as Returned Product dimensions.  Sizes must be the same when replacing like-for-like products.  Any variation in size is subject to disapproval of the claim and requires a detailed explanation for the change in dimensions. 
  -  If the consumer wants to change color but keeps the same product type then dimensions must remain the same.  
  Depending on the product application, mounting requirements may require a change in dimensions.  In these cases, a detailed explanation must be provided. 
  -  For example, if an inside mount Duette is being replaced with a Luminette, normally an outside mount application, the dimensions would change.
  If changing from a single product covering a large window area to multiple smaller products covering the same area, dimension changes would be necessary. 
  -  For example, if a Vertical covering two smaller windows is replaced with two Silhouettes covering each window individually, a dimension change is necessary. 

• Claims without sufficient information may not be approved.

• The consumer can upgrade to a more expensive product and pay the difference in cost; however, no credits will be allowed for replacement products that are less expensive.

• Only the original consumer can make claims and such claims may only be made through the original dealer.

• Claims must be filed with the fabricator who produced the original product.

• Covers only residential installations.

• No trip charges will be paid by Hunter Douglas or the fabricator. The dealer must cover this expense.

• This program is a privilege, not a "right", and will require dealers to present the program as defined.

These guidelines and any other part of the Gallery Gold Guarantee program may be revised or discontinued at any time at Hunter Douglas discretion.
